1. UK Delivery Rates
We aim to provide clear and fair delivery pricing based on your location and the weight of your order.
Delivery is free on orders with a goods value over £250.
Fixings and tools (including TIGER® wall ties and driver bits) are priced including delivery. No additional delivery charge will be applied at checkout for these items.
For fastener orders under £250, delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
- Your delivery zone (determined by postcode)
- Area 1 or Area 2 (some postcodes have carrier surcharges)
- Total parcel weight
Delivery Zones
We use postcode‑based delivery zones to ensure accurate shipping rates:
- Zone AB – Mainland UK (standard areas)
- Zone C – Northern Ireland
- Zone D – Scottish Highlands, Islands & remote regions
- Zone E – Offshore UK (Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly)
Area 1 vs Area 2
Some postcodes within Zones C, D and E incur additional carrier surcharges. These are marked as Area 2. The correct area is detected automatically at checkout.
Weight Bands
Delivery charges are based on the total packed weight of your order. Each zone has its own pricing for the following weight bands:

| Up to 5 kg | Standard parcels |
| Up to 25 kg | Medium consignments |
| Up to 50 kg | Large consignments |
| Up to 75 kg | Heavy consignments |
| Up to 100 kg | Extra‑heavy consignments |
| Over 100 kg | Pallet or multi‑box shipments |
The correct delivery charge for your postcode and weight band is shown automatically at checkout. All UK delivery rates include 20% VAT.
2. International Delivery
Our website currently accepts delivery addresses within the United Kingdom only.
If you are located outside the UK, we can still supply goods, but delivery and pricing must be agreed with us in advance.
Please contact us with your requirements and delivery address. We will confirm product availability, shipping costs and any applicable surcharges before proceeding.
Once agreed, payment can be made securely through our supplementary payment feature.
International orders may be subject to local taxes, duties or customs charges. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
3. Shipping Times
Orders for items in stock are usually dispatched within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).
Orders for items supplied from our additional stock are also dispatched within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Delivery for these items typically takes 7 to 10 days.
Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays are processed the next working day.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation once your order has shipped.
