Stock Availability

1. Overview

FastenerFix product pages show two types of stock availability: In Stock and Additional. These figures help you understand what can be dispatched immediately and what is available from our extended supply chain.

2. In Stock

In Stock refers to items physically held in our warehouse and ready for immediate dispatch.

Orders placed Monday–Friday are usually dispatched within 24 hours.
Quantities shown are live and updated automatically.
These items ship without delay.

3. Additional Stock

Additional stock refers to items available from our extended supply chain.

These items are typically dispatched within 7 to 10 days.
Quantities shown represent confirmed supplier availability.
Additional stock is automatically included when you enter a quantity higher than our In Stock level.

This allows you to order larger quantities in a single transaction, even when part of the order is supplied from our extended stock.

4. Mixed Orders (In Stock + Additional)

If your order includes both In Stock and Additional quantities, the order will be dispatched together once all items are available.

This ensures:

One delivery
One delivery charge
Consistent packaging and documentation

If you require split shipments, please contact us before placing your order.

5. Stock Accuracy

All stock levels shown on our website are live and updated automatically. In the unlikely event of a discrepancy, we will contact you before processing your order.
