Choosing the Right Length
TIGER Universal wall ties must span the cavity and provide secure embedment into both masonry leaves. Typical cavity widths range from 50 mm to 150 mm, and the TIGER range (50–200 mm) covers all standard cavity constructions.
Choose a tie length that allows at least 40 mm embedment into each leaf while bridging the cavity width. The 50 mm, 100 mm, 150 mm and 200 mm TIGER Universal ties provide reliable performance across domestic and commercial cavity wall builds.
What Cavity Wall Ties Do
