How we show prices, apply VAT and calculate minimum order value.

1. Product Pricing
All FastenerFix product prices are shown in GBP (£).
The price displayed on each product page reflects the cost for the quantity shown (for example, per 100 pieces).
Where quantity breaks apply, the correct price tier is selected automatically based on the quantity you enter.
2. VAT (Value Added Tax)
Prices include 20% UK VAT where applicable.
VAT is applied automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
A full VAT breakdown is shown on your order confirmation and invoice.
3. Fasteners vs Fixings & Tools
Different product groups are priced differently depending on how they are supplied:
Fasteners
Fasteners such as allthreads, machine screws, bolts, nuts and washers are priced excluding delivery.
Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your postcode and the packed weight of your order.
Fixings & Tools
Fixings and tools (including TIGER wall ties and driver bits) are priced including delivery.
No additional delivery charge will be applied at checkout for these items.
4. Minimum Order Value
The minimum goods value for any online product order is:
£10.00
This minimum applies to all product groups.
5. Price Accuracy
We aim to ensure all prices shown on our website are accurate and up to date.
In the unlikely event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.
